Executor
Executor is the integration layer that lets AI assistants act on your behalf in the tools you already use — such as Gmail and Google Search Console — only after you explicitly grant access.
What Executor does
Executor is a web application operated by Coelus. It connects an AI assistant to third-party services through their official APIs. You sign in, choose a service, and approve access on that service's own consent screen. From then on, the assistant can run the searches, reads and actions that you or your team ask for, and every call is listed in an activity history that you can review.
How Executor uses Google user data
When you connect a Google account, Executor uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google APIs. Executor only requests the permissions needed for the feature you enable:
| Google permission (scope) | What Executor uses it for |
|---|---|
openid, email, profile | Identify the connected Google account and display it in the Connections list. |
gmail.readonly | Search and read your Gmail messages (headers, body, attachments, labels) when you or your assistant ask for it — for example, “find the invoice from a supplier”. |
gmail.send (optional) | Send an email from your account only when you explicitly ask for it. This permission is requested only if you enable sending. |
webmasters.readonly (Search Console) | Read performance and indexing data of the sites you own, when you ask for a report. |
Our commitments
- Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing features described above.
- It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.
- No human reads your Gmail content, except with your explicit consent, for security investigations, or when required by law.
- Executor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your control
You can disconnect a Google account at any time in Executor (Connections) or from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting deletes the stored access tokens. You can also ask us to delete any related data by writing to contact@coelus.fr.
